Vomit


Great news! My triathlon coach told me that, even in Ironman distance races, its ok to make yourself vomit if your stomach feels messed up. It will make you feel better immediately and run or bike faster. He said the key is to re-load slowly after that. Start with a bit of water and work your way back to caloric intake. I wish I knew that last week in my Xterra as I'd have run a faster race for sure.

Isn't that the best vomit news you've ever heard?
