"Winter" Spring Break in Oklahoma

Came out to Oklahoma for Easter weekend to see family. We're having a great time but the weather is awful! I planned on open water swimming in the lake at my parents home but the 34 degree weather prevented that. Luckily I got in an interval run one day, a long run the next day, and a huge pool and weights day. I'd say mission accomplished as far as fitting the workouts in.

On a lighter note, some guy at the Tulsa YMCA cornered me and told me how he lives in Tulsa to avoid the imminent terrorist attack coming in the next 24 months. Luckily, I escaped to the pool before he told me the rest of his paranoid visions...
